By creating an account or using Novara, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Novara.

Novara grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI platform for lawful purposes. You agree to use the service only in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. Any use of the platform for illegal activities or in violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are solely responsible for the content you generate using our platform.

Novara retains all rights to the platform, including its design, features, and technology. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for operating and improving our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
